Electronic publications are now available from:

The publications that you can download to your computer are available in several formats. The most common is the Adobe Acrobat portable document format (pdf), which can be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader . After downloading, self-extracting files can be unpacked by selecting the icon or entering the file name at the DOS prompt.
